Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts & Culture Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts Culture is an awardwinning community arts hub maintaining its vision of supporting young artists of Filipino descent in Toronto since 2003. Our Programs Throughout Kapisanans awardwinning sixteen year history it has maintained its vision as a community arts hub supporting young artists of Filipinoax descent in the GTA. Through our programs workshops and events we amplify the work of Filipinoax artists emerging artists and LGBTQ2S artists. We offer mentorship opportunities with established members of the Filipino arts community a variety of creative workshops professional arts development and a safe space for the exploration of cultural heritage through the arts.
