We have supported over 1800 Mental Health Counselling sessions since our inception in 2021 providing crucial support to those navigating mental health struggles. In a world where mental wellness is more important than ever our program stands as a beacon of hope and healing. We recognize that mental health struggles manifest in various formsfrom depression and anxiety to PTSD and beyond.
