Hospice Vaughan Welcome to Hospice Vaughan Mario and Nick Cortellucci Hospice Palliative Care Centre of Excellence We are honoured to provide the Vaughan community with care and support to those affected by the challenges of lifelimiting illness. With a holistic approach at the foundation of all we do we support those in our care physically psychologically spiritually and emotionally through our 12bed residence community programs and home care. SAVE THE DATEHIKE 2025 On Sunday June 8th get ready to enjoy the great outdoors in support of Hospice Vaughan. Participants will gather once again at the McMichael Art Gallery to walk together and remember loved ones weve lost along the way.
