Welcome to CACL Antigonish Supported Employment Program Supported employment is a robust program offered by CACL Antigonish providing meaningful job opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities. Through this program participants receive personalized support to develop workplace skills gain experience and achieve financial independence. Our two dedicated Job Coaches play a crucial role in this process. They assess job readiness identify participants strengths and interests and match them with suitable employment opportunities.
