We are thrilled to mark 16 years of collaboration with the Asian Heritage Month Festival by hosting this year's complimentary screening of "Exclusion: Beyond Silence," a film by Keira Loughran. Join us at Innis Town Hall on May 29th at 7:30 PM for the screening, followed by a discussion and a Q&A with Keira and Reelworld Program Manager, Zaarin Bushra. "Exclusion: Beyond Silence" is a thought-provoking documentary that delves into the repercussions of a biased immigration policy, revealing its profound intergenerational effects on Chinese Canadians, impacting their cultural identity and familial relationships.
