United Church Halfway Homes United Church Halfway Homes United Church Halfway Homes are a welcome home for women and men as they transition from the criminal justice system to successful independent community living. We play an essential role in making our city a safe and healthy community for everyone. Each of our three homes accommodating up to 26 residents is staffed 24 hours a day by caring and responsible people. Our staff provide treatment in a safe secure and stable environment.
