We strive to provide parentsguardians of Handsworth Students with timely communication and keep them informed about HPAC activities. HPAC is proud to maintain regular communication with the Handsworth administration and we want to hear from parentsguardians to make sure we represent you well. Today on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, the North Vancouver School District recommits to championing truth, healing and reconciliation and embedding Indigenous ways of knowing in our teaching and learning. We encourage everyone to join us on the collective journey to honour the lives of the children who did not come home, to acknowledge and honour the lived experiences of the survivors of the Indian residential school system, and to do better for the current and future generation of children. #EveryChildMatters #NDTR.
