Camp Jumoke – Camp for Children with Sicklecell A special place for Special Kids A Special Place For Special Kids Camp Jumokes mission is to enrich the lives of children living with Sickle Cell Disease and its complications one child at a time. Our primary mandate is to provide children with the opportunity to attend summer camp at our host camp Camp Wenonah in beautiful Bracebridge Ontario for two weeks every summer this is at little or no expense to their families. Canoe trips hiking fireside singa longs and meeting new friends are exciting experiences for any child. But for kids with SCD many of whom have never attended summer camp before these activities are experiences of a life time.
