Wetaskiwin Community Learning Program | Adult & Family Learning Central AB We are your Community Adult Learning Program. A History Since 1973 the Wetaskiwin Community Learning Program WCLP has been helping people with literacy and learning. Our programs are designed to meet a variety of learning needs for adults as well as for families. The Society for the Promotion of the English Language and Literacy SPELL incorporated in 1991 is the governing board for the WCLP.
