Response to COVID-19
The Prosperity Project was also conceived to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Canadian women, who have been disproportionately affected. It aims to preserve the progress made by women during this period through targeted support and partnerships.
Founding and Leadership
The organization was founded by a diverse group of over 60 female leaders across Canada, led by Pamela Jeffery, the founder of the Women’s Executive Network and Canadian Board Diversity Council. This leadership ensures the organization's vision and mission are driven forward by experienced and committed individuals.
