Community Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador The Community Foundation of Newfoundland and Labradors vision is thriving Newfoundland and Labrador communities where everyone belongs. CFNL facilitates charitable giving by stewarding funds and connecting diverse people ideas and resources. Established in 2001 CFNL stewards more than 2 million in philanthropic investment for the benefit of the province has facilitated granting of over 4 million since 2017 and leads community knowledge initiatives like NL Vital Signs. Were part of Community Foundations of Canada CFC the national network for Canadas 200 community foundations that combined stewards 7 billion in resources and reaches 90 percent of the countrys geography.
