Peninsula Arts Foundation Peninsula Arts Foundation Since 1983 the Peninsula Arts Foundation has been facilitating and advancing cultural education and performance in White Rock and South Surrey. We are a registered nonprofit organization who provide direct financial support to local individuals and groups involving young people in all disciplines of the arts. Application Forms are no longer being issued Effective January 2025 the Foundation will no longer accept applications for Scholarships. These will be distributed though donations to educational institutions and other organizations that we support.
