It provides affordable housing it is environmentally sustainable and it invigorates local economies. The object of the Trust is to promote foster and encourage interest in and preservation of buildings and sites of a historic architectural or cultural nature within Nova Scotia. Nova Scotias heritage is constantly at risk.
