Beacon Learning Centre Beacon Learning Centre Menu Welcome to theBLC The BLC is a nonprofit child care centre which provides a diverse range of age appropriate early childhood programs. We offer full day child care for children aged 18 months to 4 years and a parttime morning nursery school program for children aged 2 to 4 years. Our goal is to stimulate a love of learning in a nurturing and positive environment. We believe that children learn best when they feel comfortable and loved.
