Grace Family Network Foundation Grace Family Network Foundation Investing in the Potential of Youth. Planting Seeds of Hope Grace Family Network Foundation gfnf was founded in the memory of Rebecca Chan who passed away a few weeks after her 25th birthday from a rare form of cancer in January 2000. During the last couple months of her life in the palliative care unit she continued to do the things she did bestlisten to people care for people and love them in quiet and steadfast ways. One of the unfortunate realities of her passing was that others were not able to enjoy her presence and heart that desired to be a home to others particularly to children.
