The ABLE Network Building Inclusive Communities The ABLE Network was created to inspire adults with intellectual disabilities to be active contributing citizens through access to better living and employment. The ABLE Network is a communitybased program that provides relevant inclusive work and recreation opportunities for adults with Intellectual Disabilities ID in natural job and community settings. WHY WE DO IT Building Community and Providing Opportunity The ABLE Network is based on strong principles and research that states that inclusion of persons with an ID in natural settings provides them with an equal opportunity to make a contribution to the health and wellbeing of their community. I am so grateful that ABLE exists its the ideal program for Lucas and many others.
