Hippo Africa Home HIPPOHands InPoor Places Organization is a nonprofit fully registered compliant charity with the Government of Canada. 100 of the donations go to support our students teachers and various projects in the county of Uganda. We have been on the ground in Kampala since 2006 looking after widows and children in their distress. July 13 2019 Hippo The Last 18 Months took in 50 new kindergarten kids built 6 houses for widows and their children sent food blankets mattresses and mosquito nets to the drought ridden.
