This collection took a lifetime to gather and shows the great esteem that Bill had for the history of his hometown and the area. ABOUT BILL MONCUR PASSION For more than half a century he was a familiar figure trudging through the fields around the community and throughout the district. Since his first discovery in 1924 his natural curiosity formed a passionate hobby that remained with him for the rest of his life.
