We help find homes for adoptable street cats and help manage stray cat colonies. #OSCatR We are an Ottawa based rescue group attempting to home stray cats in Ottawa, and run a trap-neuter-return program for community cats. The organization was founded in October 2011. We are now a Registered Canadian Charity and help over 600 cats each year
