Visit Our Cats at Pet Valu We are fortunate to have a community of carers for our rescue cats. Cats can be found foster homes at the main sanctuary and some are auditioning for adoption at two local Pet Valu stores. Pet Valu stores that house our cats are located at 600 Laurelwood Drive Waterloo J2582 Weber Street North Waterloo 315 Arthur Street South Elmira.
