The church was initially located at 1361 rue Teillet in Sainte-Foy, with Reverend Vernon O'Brien as its first pastor. Over the years, the church evolved, and in 2023, Pastors Paul and Christine Corriveau stepped down, marking the end of nearly 40 years of ministry. Today, Pastor Jean-Frédéric Laroche leads the congregation as the principal pastor.
