Salmon Arm Fair Embracing Tradition and Community 126th Salmon Arm Fair Since 1897 The Shuswap Agricultural Society through the Salmon Arm Fair has celebrated the harvest showcasing our farming communitys pride in livestock produce and craftsmanship. Agricultural activities remain an important part of the regions economic cultural and social fabric today just as it did during the first Fair back in 1897. Much has changed in over one hundred years however the commitment to the community for the agricultural association and has remained the same. Thats one of the best attributes about The Shuswap Agricultural Association it offeres a reminder to everyone of all that is good from our past while focusing on the future and new generations who will bring innovation but stillrespect and honour those before us brought to our community.
