True Peace Toronto is a group of mindfulness practitioners who meet to practice and learn mindfulness meditation together. Our practice is based on the Zen Buddhist teachings of the Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hanh. We come from a variety of backgrounds and religious traditions.

If you do not register, or want to bring someone with you at the last-minute, this is also welcome.
