Peling Tulku Rinpoche established Orgyan Osal Cho Dzong which is owned and operated by the Palyul Foundation of Canada a registered charitable organization dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the teachings of the Nyingma lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism with particular emphasis on the traditions of the Palyul Schoolheaded by His Holiness Karma Kuchen Rinpoche its twelfth throne holder. Our Spiritual Director is Chogtrul Mugsang Kuchen Rinpoche.
