When you contribute to this fund you are contributing to a program that pays for emergency veterinary care and ongoing costs of animals in our care. Walls for Winter Program The Walls for Winter program provides insulated pet shelters and straw to residents in rural communities that otherwise would not be able to provide warm shelter for their pets.
