Photo Credit Anthony Folan Most recently the Mike Weir Foundation has shifted focus to providing supports for youth mental health through Youth Wellness Hubs of Ontario YWHO. The SarniaLambton YWHO is the first site to pilot activity programming as part of a care model. Inspiring Moments 2004 The foundation was established and the first donation went to Bluewater Health the local hospital from Mike Weirs home town.
