Home Literacy Connects Us In 1990 a number of adults and children in the District of Mission were identified as having low literacy skills. To address this problem a group of likeminded community members came together to form Mission Literacy in Motion Association MLiM. Over the years MLiM has been involved in a wide variety of literacy initiatives. MLiM partners with community agencies Provincial organizations and charities to provide literacy programs and literacy awareness to the community.
