For the first time since the pandemic touched down on Canada's West Coast, the Crescent Beach Life Guarding Corporation (CBLG) is welcoming everyone to its rebooted annual Waterfront Festival from 10am - 2pm on Saturday, Aug. 19, at the entrance to Blackie Spit (Wickson Road and McBride Avenue) in Crescent Beach, Surrey.
