We are a registered charity that aims to provide permanently affordable housing at belowmarket rates for low and modestincome households on Denman Island. Denman Community Housing is currently working on two affordable housing projects Denman Green and the Works Yard. Denman Green is a proposed 20unit apartment project to be located on land owned by DCH that has been zoned for affordable housing.
