Atlantic Provinces Library Association Atlantic Provinces Library Association Be part of one of the most enduring library organizationsin North America Join Atlantic Provinces Library Association JOIN US News Land Acknowledgement The Atlantic Provinces Library Association represents libraries librarians and library technicians across the region all of whom sit on the unceded and traditional territories of First Peoples. In Newfoundland and Labrador our libraries sit on the homelands of the Inuit of Nunatsiavut and NunatuKavut the Innu of Nitassinan the Beothuk and the Mikmaq peoples. In Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia we find our friends and colleagues situated on the territory of the Mikmaq. In New Brunswick libraries are found on the land of the Wlastkwiyik Mikmaq and Passamaquoddy Peoples.
