Il fait appel a larchitecte repute Louis Caron senior celuila mme qui a conu la residence de sir Wilfrid Laurier premier ministre du Canada a Arthabaska. La La famille Breen Thomas Breen est ne a Liverpool en 1881. Ses parents dorigine Irlandaise et de religion catholique ont immigre en Angleterre fuyant la grande famine.
