Canadian Charity Winnipeg | Sierra Leone Educational Partnership Inc. Since its inception as a registered Canadian charity in 2017 thanks to generous donations from philanthropist Mr. Wesley Penner and other private donors Sierra Leone Educational Partnership SLEP has been thrilled to administer several hundred scholarships to students in Sierra Leone who had demonstrated academic excellence and financial need. SLEP is ceasing operations as of December 31 2024 and in accordance with CRA charity regulations all remaining funds will be transferred to another registered Canadian charity. There is great need and if you would like to help educate Sierra Leonean students please consider donating to CanSerra.
