New Circles – New Circles Our Story New Circles Community Services is a notforprofit grassroots agency that builds strong and caring communities by providing clothing and skills training programs to equitydeserving individuals. Clothing is just the beginning. We know to build strong and caring communities we must provide our clients with programs to help them integrate socially and economically into the community. We offer volunteer programs skills training and office and retail skills programs and settlement support services.
