Lochaber Community Lochaber Community Development Association Home A warm welcome to the Lochaber Community Development Association LCDA website. LCDA operates and maintains the Lochaber Centre located in the community of Lochaber Antigonish County Nova Scotia Canada. The new Lochaber Centre opened in the Spring 2014 that replaced Sylvan Hall faces the northend of Lochaber Lake. This new centre services community events and meetings and has facilities that can be made available for such occasions as weddings business meetings and celebrations.
