CDART Canadian Disaster Animal Response Team CDART Providing disaster response services for domesticated animals 100 volunteer based. 100 fundED BY donations. The Canadian Disaster Animal Response Team CDART is a volunteerbased organization dedicated to animal welfare in times of a disaster or emergency by providing sheltering fostering or rescue of domesticated animals. Every dollar makesa difference 100 of proceeds are used to support our costs of helping animals in times of disaster including transportation food shelter and more.
