Pathfinder Youth Centre Soc Welcome to Pathfinder Youth Centre Society Mentoring one youth at a time At Pathfinder we have been providing services to the youth in our community who have faced more challenges than most difficult home situations abuse addiction incarceration or mental and physical health issues to name a few. However they are not defined by these obstacles. The young people who walk into our centres are motivated by an inner resolve to find a way to complete their schooling find employment and create a fresh start in their lives. LUNCH BAGS We Feed lunch bags are now available and each one is filled with unique items to surprise you.
