Main | Native Communications Society We Are a River is a collection of stories and photographs marking 100 years since the signing of Treaty 11 in the NWT. Native Communications Society of the NWT travelled to eleven communities that were commemorating the 100th anniversary of the signing of Treaty 11. Patrick Scott and Paul Andrew selected the photos from the thousands that were taken and wrote the narrative to provide some historical background on Treaty 11. We Are a River was published in 2024.
