Additionally, SMCC offers classes in religion, music, yoga, and Gujarati culture for people of all ages.

Notable among these is the assistance from Gladstone Consulting, which helped the center secure substantial funding for renovations and expansions, including a $500,000 Trillium grant in 2011 and a $243,000 Trillium Grant in 2014.
