Linden Christian School was founded in 1987 as a ministry of Grant Memorial Baptist Church, initially starting with 33 students and three teachers. The school expanded rapidly, adding higher grades over the years. By 1994, it welcomed its first high school class, and by 2000, it celebrated its first high school graduation. The school has undergone significant expansions to accommodate its growing student body, including the addition of new educational facilities and programs to enhance learning experiences.
