Today many of us are facing challenging circumstances and uncertainty not only in our personal lives but in our global community as well. How do we better navigate the edgy thoughts and emotions that often accompany these experiences. Drawing on wisdom from various disciplines including Positive Psychology we will explore a variety of topics including mindfulness selfcompassion and talking back to The Feelings Wheel Finding exactly the right word to describe how you feel can be hard.
