The LIFE Institute

The LIFE Institute is a Canadian nonprofit organization specializing in lifelong learning and leadership growth opportunities for adults aged 50 and above. It operates in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University (previously Ryerson University), specifically through the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, where it serves as the largest program partner for programs designed for individuals 50+.

The LIFE Institute focuses on providing stimulating educational experiences across various disciplines, including arts, humanities, sciences, technology, and contemporary issues. Its program offerings include daytime classes, creative learning opportunities, study groups, and lecture courses. Additionally, members have access to a range of clubs such as photography, comedy, movie, luncheon, and table tennis clubs, which meet on campus throughout the year. The organization also sponsors events like the Jubilee variety concert series, allowing members to develop and showcase their performing talents.
