Epic Opportunities – Empowering people in community. What We Offer Epic Opportunities offers a wide range of services to people we serve and their families. These services include support for people moving out on their own for the first time inhome supports access to opportunities in the community and career exploration. Epic Transitions Epic Transitions helps people and their family members learn more about the services Epic Opportunities provides and develop a transition plan for future services. Epic At Home Epic At Home provides people with a welcoming home of their choosing to meet selfdirected needs and abilities as well as gain access to a wide range of supports based on their unique interests and goals.
