Home - Clements Centre Welcome To Clements Centre for Families We envision a community in which all individuals are included valued and celebrated. We bring hope belonging and independence to children youth and adults with developmental disabilities and their families by offering programs and services that promote participation and engagement. At Clements we envision a community in which all individuals are included accepted and valued. Since our inception in 1957 we have continually expanded our facilities and services.

We have openings for: - Casual, on-call community support workers in our adult day programs and staffed homes - Residence workers, permanent full-time and part-time If you or someone you know values inclusion, connection, and making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
