In our Youth Supportive Housing program & in our Supportive Recovery Program, our staff help provide access to nutritious meals that prioritize essential macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. These nutrients play a crucial role in healing, especially protein, which supports the repair of key neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin that can be impacted by substance use.
