On Orange Shirt Day, we remember the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit children who never came home, and honour the Survivors, families, and communities forever impacted by residential schools. Children and staff in our Aspire program spent time learning, creating, and sharing to carry this message forward - that the truths of the past must never be forgotten, and every child deserves love, safety, and belonging. We encourage everyone to wear orange, reflect, and take time to learn about the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools.
