Newcombe Singers – A non-auditioned, friendly, and ambitious community choir for all voices. Newcombe Singers A nonauditioned friendly and ambitious choir that welcomes all voices. The Newcombe Singers is a unique choir with deep roots on Vancouver Island a welcoming culture and a commitment to both musical growth and to service for our singers audiences and community. Open to all voices without audition we sing beautiful uplifting and sometimes challenging choral repertoire from the Renaissance to the present day. A communityfacing choir since its founding in 1967 we sing two public concerts a year appearing also at the BC Legislature and in seniors residences throughout our city.
