INSPIREHEALTH SOCIETY
Fiona Thatcher, InspireHealth's Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist, recently led a Self-Compassion and Heart-Art workshop at the West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation 2025 Club Retreat at Camp Capilano. We explored self-compassion through the medium of textiles, creating fabric hearts to represent care and kindness directed inwards. 🧡 We're honoured to be part of this meaningful day.
