We are saddened to hear of the passing of The Honourable Hilary Weston. A dedicated philanthropist and member of the Weston Family Foundation, she joined us in 1997 to officially open our Day Program for individuals living with serious illness - the first of its kind in Ontario. It was a moment we will always remember with gratitude.
