Supporting Nurses Back into Practice Add Your Heading Text Here Upcoming Events Workshops Celebrating Internationally Educated Nurses The PreArrival Supports and Services PASS Program funded by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada IRCC is a program of CARE Centre. PASS helps prearrival IENs in their countries of residence who are planning immigration to Canada. The Supports Training and Access to Regulatedemployment Services program STARS provides IENs with oneonone case management language and communication training exam preparation professional development mentoring and networking to be successful in the nursing profession.
