Community Connections Society of Southeast BC - Community Connections Society of Southeast BC emailprotected Enhancing the wellbeing of the diverse people in the Southeast Kootenays. Quality services through community partnerships In 1982 a womens collective known as Cranbrook Womens Resource Society formed to provide a safe harbor to women fleeing domestic violence. The agency has grown considerably over the years and has taken in new programs in response to emerging local needs. Now Community Connections Society has more than 100 staff and more than 20 programs across multiple locations.
